Do you mean to say that we need to have an easy way on immigrants, and let anyone come in? No - these should be law-abiding individuals, who would add value to your organization. It is also important whether those individuals have the necessary skill set, and credentials to add value rather than coming primarily through right connections. We need to understand that the rule of law is not the same around the world. When we let anyone in, then the mix of cultures will create a new cultural system with more negatives than positives. At the same time, we also need a system that will not exploit these individuals coming from other places for better opportunities. Human memory wanes fast when it comes to action, even with individuals who were first gen immigrants, now on the opposite side of power. O
